Selectec Remote Support
We have decided to use RustDesk for our remote support software. This is a service that we host ourselves. Please note by using this software you are accepting our Privacy Policy terms and conditions, which is available here.
To download the software, please click on the link for your version of operating system, or for more information on RustDesk please see below.

Windows Install
To install the client the user must have the permissions to run the software. By default nothing needs to be installed.
When the software is run, an ID and password will be displayed in the application. Please give this to our support team to allow then to connect to your server / workstation. Once we have finished the remote session you can just delete the application.
For the “requested by support” client we would just need the ID to connect. This client needs to be installed and is used to give us the correct permissions to complete a remote install. Only install this client if requested to do so.
** Please remember to uninstall this client when the install is complete **
